I am rejecting this response because: ILD still owes me another 4.95 for the billing cycle Sep-Oct. After crediting 18.80 they added their services again. 
I was not disputing the 18.80, that was resolved. 
Please confirm they will never add their services again on our ATT bill.

information.
 
ILD performs bill forwarding services. 
Our billing services enable telecommunication service providers to bill
different types of products and services on consumer’s local telephone
bills.  These products and services include local and long distance phone
calls, operator services, Internet services, voicemail services,
directory-assistance, and information services. 
 
As a bill forwarding provider, ILD responds to each and every inquiry
sent to us and attempt to assist the consumer with their billing issues.  ILD does not solicit services for any of the
companies that we provide bill forwarding services on behalf of.
 
Please be advised ILD billed the consumer on
behalf of GPSPS, Inc.  This company
provides 1+ service for interstate and international calls.
 
ILD has submitted a
credit request to [redacted] in the amount of $4.95.  Credits are normally reflected on the
consumer’s telephone statement within one to two billing cycles. A block was
also installed to prevent any further billings.
 
If additional information is needed, please

Further investigation indicates [redacted] authorized a credit in the amount of $18.80 on August 21, 2014. Credits are normally reflected on the consumer’s telephone statement within one to two billing cycles.
Please be advised ILD has installed a block to prevent any further billings and sent a copy of the complaint to [redacted], Inc. for their review and response to the agency.
