Review: This real estate promised to help me locate section 8 housing in [redacted] areas such as [redacted]. However I was lied to given the run around and this company kept my personal documents (Such as: Id, pay stubs, section 8 transfer packet, social security cards etc). I have called the numbers continuously and stopped by the office on several occasions requesting my important papers and is still being lied to and given the run around. I have been waiting now a month. I am unable to move without the nycha section 8 packet that I was given. No one returns my phone calls, this unprofessional, scamming real estate; I never once saw a license in this place. Once I did not feel comfortable dealing with this place they kept all my important documents. The staff is VERY unprofessional, the staff appears to be locals from the area who are privy to my documents and I am very nervous. I hope filing this complaint will help others and get my documents returned to me. I first started to complain NOVEMBER *,2014 it is now DECEMBER *,2014Desired Settlement: I would like all of my important documents returned o me IMMEDIATLEY, with no excuses!!!

Review: well I went to them to ask for help in finding housing and I paid my fee and since then I have been calling leaving message and from they day I signed up until now I have not heard anything back from no one and after calling them and I wish to be given my fee back because it was all I lie and that was my hard earn money and there professionalism

in reaching back out to client is unjust cause this not not how you do business with people no call no follow-up no answering of phone / emails nothing and that is not what I went into the office for I went for help and it did not get nothingDesired Settlement: my application fee return

Review: Ile Ola Realty was suppose to assist me with finding an apartment. On July **, 2014, I paid $40.00 in cash, I have a receipt for services that were never rendered. I hace yet to hear from anyone from this so-called realty place. I have attempted to contacted them and that has been to no avail.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back. I expected assistance in find a new apartment. If they will not do that, then why should they be able to keep my money. I have since found an apartment with a true realty company.
