If they wish to resolve this issue they should respect their customers by honoring their transactions.

The website advertises 14 oz and 18 oz products when the order got shipped to me it was only one 4 oz bottle. It is false advertisement I called and spoke to them which is wen they then explained the situation but I don't like wasting my time picking up and sending products back and forth I wouldn't have ordered the product in the first place if they had advertised it correctly and they know that, they are pulling a "bait and switch" go to the link I posted down below and you will see what I am talking about I requested that the manager change the advertisement to read more accurately but time will tell if they wish to keep false advertising.
