Ignore refunds and mark query as “solved” when not
Ive been trying to get a refund from them since Dec 2022. Never activated the product as they overcharged me on my card.
They ignore my emails but when I email from a different account I get a reply.

This company is a scam

ILF Mobile Apps = SCAM
Can only agree on what was said below, SCAM COMPANY, BEWARE OF!
Does not refund money as promised. Many complaints to the Better Business Bureau for not refunding payments and overcharges. Avoids requests by stone walling emails that make excuses for not refunding money, promises refund in 3-6 business days -- doesn't happen, good luck

This company engages in deceptive advertising with regard to its cell phone monitoring application I purchased their application so that I could monitor the location of a cell phone During the process, there was no obvious statement of, nor requirement for physical access to the cell phone in question The only time that I noted such requirement was during the activation process of the application I requested a refund immediately, as I had not used the application as of yet The company denied my refund based upon my having 'activated' its license key So I have received NOTHING for the $that this company has charged

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The emails between IIF Mobile APps Corps is proof enough of the bad Buisness practices of that company, I have a teen age boy who is going a little wild and I wanted to monitor what was going on with him, like a parent should, I purchased that program to do just that, I could not produce a screen shot and even then that would have not helped them figure out the issue, I believe that it was really simple to image what was going on when I stated a black box with the words saying " can not open file" any non tech support person can understand that, after I had tried to search the Internet for a solution to the issue I found that im not the only person that has had problems with this company, also they did not include all the emails between me and [redacted] the [redacted] of the company, I would completely understand about them not refunding my money if I was able to install and I was using thier product, but since I wasn't able to install or use the program at all then what harm would it have been to refund my money?
