I have called Mrs [redacted] this morning and left a message In the message I apologized for any inconvenience and let her know we wanted to discuss her concerns and, "Make it Right" I am awaiting her return phone call We will update you on the results of our phone call by close of business tomorrow

I h*** reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to meAfter I submitted my complaint, Sarah from ILG Financial LLC left a voicemail indicating they did in fact cancel my reservationShe invited me to "return the call if you h*** $*** in investable income" After receiving my complaint, D*** Lopez called and e-mailed me directly to discuss how the reservation process failed meHe apologized and offered a Giftcard to the Restuarant and a private consultation to resolve this since the workshops at this point were full. He expressed a willingness to do "what is necessary to make you feel you've been treated fairly"The Giftcard arrived as promisedMrLopez placed me on a e-mail list to receive newsletters containing information regarding financial planning for my age groupI consider this matter resolved because of your helpI did receive what was originally confirmedDinner for and information to help in planning for my retirementThank you for your help
