Review: I,d. [redacted],have a clothing line([redacted].com)I paid [redacted] of ill faded interactive llc 2000 dollars to completely overhaul the site.she completed it and the site was done to our specifications.she then convinced me to have her host the site herself,never telling me it would actually be media temple as the host.when she was notified that I wanted to take the site to another host she demanded a fee to give me my site that I already paid for.she also informed me it'd be a long,time consuming project to do.ive been informed by professionals in the web design industry that this is not true and it would take five minutes to send me a file of my site,which would allow me to switch hosts on my own.she sent me a relinquishment form that she demanded I sign.this form says that I would be subject to "any fees incurred"during this process.I am not signing this because that would give her a right to charge me any additional fees even if they're unjust.the actual prices were never mentioned,further backing up my claim.ive asked her(through text)how much it could cost and I never got an answer.to further show her dishonesty,on her website ginacreazzo.com she has put a false testimonial from me that I never wrote.all I am asking is the file of our site in tact(with all pictures,text,etc.that is currently on the site that is live)so we can move on.if we do not get this from ms [redacted] within 30 days of her receiving this letter we will be forced to seek legal counsel for this matter.if it reaches that point then [redacted] will assume any and all legal fees.Desired Settlement: I would simply like the file with my website completely intact(meaning no pictures,text or anything else differing from the site that is currently live)but if we do not receive it within the 30 days then I need [redacted] to pay any and all legal fees
