At least times out of the month the ATM is not working for days meaning that it does not dispense cash after hours so I am they're forced to use outside ATMs and pay $to access my cash due to the financial institution not having working equipment I can either drive miles to save $or pay $I would like for my ATM fees to be waived

Ever since Illiana Financial has positioned new employees my banking experience with this institution has plummetedThere have been several occasions when I have gone to the Calumet City location to encounter the unseasoned experience of employees who reciprocate customer service with negative and very unprofessional attitudesOne of the tellers at the Calumet City location smirks at me whenever I get a transaction doneI have asked her what was so funnyHer response was that she likes to "smile" I purposely have tried to avoid her assistance I have directed my complaint the branch manager Nancy regarding this particular employeeAt present the employee is still thereI have also called the branch to have my questions pertaining to my account answered, only to be placed on hold for more than minutesI get the same service over the phone When you call back, no one answers at allThe service at this institution has most definitely taken a dynamic turn for the worseA newly constructed building with poorly trained and less than great customer service teller working in this buildingI actually am considering moving my account elsewhere

On July 4th I recieved an alert from my *** credit monitoring service stating that my credit score was dropped because my Finance company Illiana Financial credit union stated that my payment was days lateI am furious!! Because as of today my account is days past due, as my payments are due on the 9th of every monthThere has never been any new agreements or signed contracts stating that the due dates have been changed, Therefore this company has in accuratly reported late payments to the credit reporting agency and has damaged my credit rating
