Our unit had not been running properly since our last service call and we decided to switch to Illiana Genenmedix for the next service call We realized that the unit was not operating and called Patrick and within the same day Mark and Patrick showed up to check out our unit Found out that one of the spark plugs wires was hanging off and the installation of the unit was not within the specs (Patrick emailed me the specs from Generac that same evening) They showed me things about the unit that wasn't explained to me during the original installation They were easy to talk to and answered all questions regarding the unit in terms we could understand While they were here, we had them perform the yearly service and will have them return to rectify existing installation problems

The technicians that have been to my home to service our Generac generator have been very professional and knowledgeable The first time they came to service our unit they noticed that there were a couple of installation issues (installed by a different company that is no longer in business) which they brought to our attention and they were able to correct them for us
