I am rejecting this response because: They loaded all the stuffWhen they were unloading, the damages were recorded and reported to her by her helper over the phone as she was not present on the day of unloadingShe told the helper to let us know that they will submit it to their insurance company and it will be taken care ofAnd since then we have been very patiently waiting for a response and asking which insurance company have you submitted the claim and provide us with the claim numberShe doesn't even say which insurance company and not provide us with claim number and keeping us in dark that she will call and never calls or respond to our text messageShe not even answer our callsAlso, she is crossing the line of respect here now with her response to Revdex.com by lying about being abusiveWe have been so respectful and simply following her instructionsBut lately realizing that since she doesn't even answer our calls, is she really doing anything that she is claiming as far as insurance and repairing the damages since we reportedTherefore, we just asked her saying that we will appreciate a clear line of sight from your end whether you are going to do repairs or not going to do any repairs, rather than keeping us in dark for days and daysBut she still didn't answer to that so we simply text her that since you are not responding at all we will take this matter to Revdex.com to make sure that no one else faces the same situation as we didAlso, we came across some reviews online about this company who experienced the same thing with her, where she claims that they will provide insurance but they never did after causing damagesTherefore, I believe there is nothing wrong in letting them know of we reporting this matter to Revdex.com after giving them more than enough amount of time to resolve the matterAnd this is not threatening but making them aware and thus maintaining the transparencyIf she would have said in the begnning itself that sorry guys I can not do anything then fineBut our concerns are coming from the fact that you are saying that you will submit it to insurance and go from there but days pass by but nothing is happening at allSo definitely we have right to ask if you are planning on doing any repairs or notIf not then just let us know so we won't even further expect anything other than not having your business again and wasting our time hereAnd if planning on doing something then please provide us with clear path forwardSo miss please stop being unreasonable and please stop crossing the lines and blamingThat will be appreciatedThank you

We loaded and unloaded this customers belongings. I received pictures of the alleged damages. I was onsite during the loading. Many items were thrown in on top of what my loaders loaded. We can not take responsibility for items not loaded directly by us. The moving truck was driven by the customer,...

which also provides room for damage. This customer has also been been very abusive and threatening with his interactions with me, thus halting any communication directly with him.

rejecting this response because: The response from the business does not address the issues I experienced in my attempts to communicate with the business after my pod arrived. I am not satisfied in any way with the follow-up that I received after submitting my claim to the business--truly, the lack of follow-up. The business was either highly disorganized or intentionally skirting and lying about their responsibility regarding my claim, and I would like that to be recognized in some way. The response that the business submitted just now does not align with promises to file the claim with insurance and to make sure that the issues regarding the damage to my property would be adequately resolved. Even if they had gotten in touch with their insurance company and the claim was denied, that would have been satisfactory, because the issue would have been resolved. The runaround I experienced was unprofessional--therefore, I reject this response.

My company loaded your pod. We did not transport or unload.  The damage in these pods occur during shipping which we have no control over. All of my employees are professional movers.  While they might have skills in other areas, that does not make them "not movers."
