[You must provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolutionPlease type details here:]I am not satisfied with the resolution brought to me by Revdex.com from Bright Side Dental On my first visit in January the payment responsibility was not explained to me in any shape or form of it being an estimate During the first visit I was instructed to pay the difference for the amount my insurance did not cover and I complied before I left The fact of the insurance coverage is only an estimate was not expressed to me until after the bill was sent to me I called before coming in asking was Bright Side Dental in my network they said "Yes" then later directed me to come in so they can check out the issue I was having When I came in the office I asked again Again they stated yes then asked me for my insurance So the statement where they said "it is the patients responsibility to know who is in or out their network with insurance company" is totally disrespectful and only a counter statement and with no grounds of evidence to back it The fact that I asked several times and they stated yes is me trying to find out if they were in my network Being a dental business they should know which insurances they are in network with or their employees answering phones and accepting incoming patients should know the company's policies Bride Side Dental falsified information to be and lead me to believe they were in my network I have a witness to support my claim To further their shadiness, they forced the second appointment for the cleaning like they genuinely cared about the health of my teeth when they only were looking for the payment for their mistake for the first visit Further, on the second visit they tried to explain things differently to try to cover up the first visit situation to have a case Also on the second visit they had me sign something about the insurance to have a case Bride Side Dental have bad customer Service and are money hungry The first visit issue has never been resolved They texted emailed and called me many times after the first visit Since we have not came to agreement about the first issue they have not contacted me about anything but money They are trying to force this on me and I strongly do not believe their service was fair or reasonable What happened to the customer always being right? What happened to customer service where they do not want to lose a customer What happened to taking care the customer because a customer can bring more customers At this point I am detouring everyone in my network not to go to Bride Side Dental This issue could have been resolved but instead it has not and I strongly believe it needs to be taken to higher authorities Lastly, I feel like Bride side is double dipping on the payment I paid before I left their office only to get another bill stating underage from insurance which was not illustrated to me on the first visit I was lead to believe I paid everything in full before leaving only to get another bill

Hi *** I recently received a complaint from *** *** in regards to Bright Side Dental SouthfieldThe estimate for treatment is based on limited information the dental insurance plan gives up and is no guarantee of payment Until we actually receive payment from the dental
insurance company, treatment needed is only an estimate. Patient is responsible for balance that insurance does not cover *** *** is aware of his insurance and we review treatment plan with him before we proceeded with dental proceduresPatient did sign a treatment plan stating he understood the insurance portion and that he is responsible for any portion the insurance did not cover*** insurance underpaid by due to BSD is out of network with insurance.(It is the patients responsibility to know who is in or out of network with insurance company) .BSD offered to split payment with *** and which is $ Patient agreed to pay the 1/which is $he has failed to make a payment*** even scheduled to come in for a cleaning after agreement and knowing we were out of network with insurance Thank you *** Office Manager
