[redacted]  I rejected their response because the said they were unsuccesfull in contacting me, that's incorrect information. I did respond to their call in January 2016 and they informed me of their ERROR they made AND THEY DENIED CLAIM for my Glasses BECAUSE OF THEIR ERROR!!.  My complaint is I should not have to wait ANOTHER 60 or 90 days for my glasses I waited 4 - 5 months until they decided to contact me about the issue, the prescription was given in October 2015.   What I want is my Glasses to be made much sooner then 60 to 90 days.  Yes, I do get my glasses from County Care at no Charge, I have a right to complaint because I have a illness with my eyes called Glaucoma.  I like to have new Eye Glasses soon and no Charge by Eye Center Clinic!!   I will continue to file a report to Revdex.com until the matter is resolve and contact me to come in and get fitted for new Glasses.. Thank you, Ms. C. We have examined Ms [redacted] patient record and determined that she was seen at our facility for a comprehensive eye examination with refraction on 8/17/16.  She did not present for another exam and refraction after this date.  At the time the patient presented with [redacted] which we...

billed.  [redacted] denied the claim stating that the patient has other primary health insurance.  We attempted to contact the patient more than once which is documented in our records, but were unable to get a response.  Eventually the billed amount of $188.00 was sent to collections.  We invite Ms [redacted] to contact us to discuss further and see what might be done to rectify this situation.    Tell us why here...
