Our General Manager went out to the property on Tuesday, July 8th and verified the complaint with Mr *** We found that
our crew had damaged his soffits with nails and damaged some landscapingWe have scheduled that to be fixed and replaced next weekWe have an open workorder for guttering that is on schedule to be builtThe homeowner has stated to us that he will retract his complaint once all the repairs are made and the guttering is installed to his satisfactionWe need about days to make sure everything is completed to Mr*** satisfactionIt should be done much sooner than days but we are allowing for any follvisits
