10/12/15[redacted] and [redacted],I saw your email about Fall maintenance on your furnace last
week and my dispatcher called and left a voicemail. I then received
another email from the Revdex.com complaints department. I don't know or
understand why your phone calls were not received, we have had issues in
the past with voicemail and thought that had been resolved. In
your email requesting a "Fall warranty furnace checkup" I believe you
have misunderstood the warranty. The extended warranty covered labor on
repairs needed from equipment breakdown or needed repairs from equipment
failure. Maintenance on the equipment is not, nor has it ever been covered by warranty.
The manufacturer warranty does not cover maintenance or any failures
due to lack of maintenance or maintenance related repairs as well.A
lot of times we will cover maintenance on a new system installation for
the first year (which is mainly to insure proper operation) as an added
convenience to our customers. Our records show that we did this for you
on 7/11/14, and then came out and added a return air run (at your request) in the family room downstairs on 7/17/14. Your
manufacturer warranty is still in effect for parts and I am sending you
a check on 10/13/15, for 500.00 that you paid for the extended labor
coverage due to the misunderstanding. You may then employ any company
you choose for maintenance or repairs as my 1 year obligation will be
complete.Since
you have escalated this to a complaint with the Revdex.com, I think it best to
communicate through them in writing to make sure there is no more misunderstanding.  Sincerely, [redacted]All Right Heating & Cooling, LLC[redacted]
