[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]First of all I have heard NOTHING from this business. Second, it turns out that the screen has small cracks all over the top of the screen and on a smaller secetion on the right side! This was caused by the back panel not being put on correctly. Some screws were not all the way in because of miss alignment to the holes, some were driven in so hard they indented the back panel! There is NO REPAIR for the TV according to Panasonic. I now request 1/2 cost of TV when new ($1250) or we will be going to small claims court!
