I believe this company has recently changed its name from IL Valley Urban Lumberjacks, since address and phone number are the sameWe paid them $to remove a dead tree from our yard on January 21, The paid receipt we have states that they were to grind the tree stump and provide black dirt and cleanup They removed a tree from neighbor's yard also, and haven't removed that stump or fixed the sidewalk they broke We have called them repeatedly as we want to get the yard ready to plant grass so that mowing will be easier Each time we call, they say they are coming that day or next dayWe know they have been working in [redacted] and Lake [redacted] and other places, so their excuse that it's been raining doesn't hold waterThey have been paid We want the work doneIt doesn't do any good for us to call themThank you

We sent a $deposit on July 11, We were told that our tree trimming would be done in 2-weeks We placed phone calls requesting the work to be scheduled without receiving responseLater we called asking for response or return of our depositWe received a call back saying they had injured workersWe returned that call and requested a return of our depositWe received no response so we called again to request return of our depositWe still have not received a response or return of our deposit

This company was hired to cut down a tree in my yard, grind out the stump, remove debris and fill in the hole left from the stump with dirtThey took 6-weeks to show up after I placed several different calls to confirm they were still coming at allOnly one of these calls were returnedFinally they showed up on 8/4/and returned on 8/5/to finish cutting down the treeThey finished the tree and told me they would be back for the stump on another dayThey requested being paid before they left and against my better judgement, I paid them in fullSurprisingly they came back on 8/7/to grind the stump while I was at work, but they didn't haul away the debris, fill in the hole with dirt or fix any of the ruts or holes left in my yard and the neighbor's yard from the falling limbs and logs I have placed several calls to each of the company's phone numbers and left messages in regards to them coming and finishing the work they were paid for and I haven't received one returned
