The main issue with this customer was that she wanted her furniture replaced and that she wanted the repair's to be done in her home.I explained to her that we honor all factory warranties of the products we sell and that no factory warranty provides for the exchange of the furnitureI gave her the
telephone number of the manufacturer (Best Chairs)She contacted them and explained the same thingShe contacted Channel and they contacted meI explained to them the same thing along with how and when the repairs would be done.The parts arrived and we tried to schedule a time to pick the loveseat up for repair and explained that it would be returned the same dayThis is when this whole situation became difficult and calls and letter to you went out I would guessChannel explained to her what I had told them and that was we need to schedule a time to pick up her product to repair itWe weren't going to take the chance of damaging anything in her home because it was too tight of quarters to try to repair it thereThe item needs to be disassembled to replace the parts.Warranties do not cover transportation cost of having the products brought in or returnedI explained to her that I was taking are of this cost.Coincidently we picked up her loveseat today 11/I'm not sure what arrangements were made with the repairman to repair the sofaI didn't realize when I opened this response page that I only had minutes to complete it or I would have contacted my repairman to give this information

We honor all factory warranties.  Right on the receipts it says "All sales final, no refunds".  This type of product doesn't just fall apart on it's own.  We are working on this with the factory.  If the factory were to decide to exchange it for him, we would do it, but they have...
