No valid number to cancel shipments and payments. Please save my elderly mother from this scam.
My elderly mother has been receiving regular shipments of Illum ageless eye cream and Illum ageless skin cream, and has tried to stop for years. There is no valid phone number or contact information on packing slips and product cards in the shipments. They all lead to apartment complexes. I need help. She needs to stop getting these shipments and being charged.
I want proof that my mother's contract with this company is canceled. I want proof that this company will stop charging my mother and I want the shipments to cease immediately.
