To [redacted] : Thank you for mediating this consumer complaint from our customer, Case Number: [redacted] .Our company strives to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied, so we take consumer complaints very seriouslyBefore customers commit to our day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxesAccording to our records, customer ordered our Garcinia product on a day trial basis back on 02/05/and paid the shipping and handling fee of $83.51.The trial expired on 02/05/and due to the fact that the customer didn’t cancel they were charged $for the original shipment.Customer contacted our Customer Service on 02/18/and requested for her subscription to be cancelled, which we did .We also issued the customer a 35% courtesy refund $However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus will be providing the remaining refund for the charge on 02/05/$for the Garcinia for any misunderstanding when placing the orderHere is the refund confirmation:$Trans ID: [redacted] dated 02/27/Refund should reflect on customer’s account within to business days.Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions

According to our records, customer ordered our Garcinia and Mango supplements on a 14 day trial basis back on 06/04/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees, $4.95 for the Garcinia supplements and $4.95 for the Mango supplements .The trial expired on 06/19/2017 and due to the fact that the customer didn’t cancel they were charged for the original shipment,$83.51 for the Garcinia supplements and $80.52 for the Mango supplements.Customer contacted our Customer Service on 06/21/2017 and requested for her subscription to be cancelled, which we did .Customer contacted our Customer Service again on 06/23/2017 with their financial institution on the line requesting a refund.Our Customer Service offered the customer a courtesy refund ,$29.22 for the Garcinia supplements and $28.18 for the Mango supplements,which the customer accepted.However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus will be providing the remaining refunds,$54.29 for the Garcinia supplements and $52.34 for the Mango supplements for any misunderstanding when placing the order.Here are the refund confirmation:$54.29 Trans ID: [redacted] dated 07/06/2017. $52.34 Trans ID: [redacted] dated 07/06/2017. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. However, this company made it absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to cancel the order. I couldn't find one phone number that worked, or any website that was legitimate. I am glad they cancelled my subscription for further shipments, but others are going to keep being scammed by them. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Thank you for honoring a refund, BUT it does not solve the problems that I have stated in my initial complaint and for future buyers. Your website; www.buylumaslimnow.com DOES NOT prompt you to read terms and conditions BEFORE providing payment ( I double checked the site before writing this email for accuracy). That is how I got into this mess. I continued through the process, expecting a prompt. I found the terms after I made payment and immediately emailed your customer service the same dayMy reasoning for starting this complaint is based on principal that your wording and process of committing to the product is very grayI would expect a revision to your website to avoid this happening in the future

The trial expired on 06/02/2017 and due to the fact that the customer didn’t cancel they  were charged $83.51 for the original shipment. Customer contacted our Customer Service on 06/02/2017 and requested for her subscription to be cancelled, which we did.However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus will be providing a full refund for the charge on 06/02/2017 in the amount of  $83.51 for any misunderstanding when placing the order. acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.According to our records,customer ordered our Garcinia and Cleanse supplements  on a 14 day trial basis back on 05/20/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees, $4.95 for the Garcinia and $4.95 for the Cleanse.Customer contacted our Customer Service via email on 05/21/2017 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled.However for security purposes we asked that the customer contact our Customer Service line to verify their account information.On 05/22/2017 the customer contacted our Customer Service line requesting that  their subscription be cancelled,which we immediately honored their request and cancelled the  account. However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing a refund of the shipping and handling fees, $4.95 for the Garcinia and $4.95 for the Cleanse.Here are the refund confirmations:$4.99 Trans ID:[redacted] dated 06/01/2017.      $4.99 Trans ID:[redacted] dated 06/01/2017.Refunds should reflect on customer’s account within 3 to 7 business days.Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions.
