Working with IllumiNation has been a stellar experience. It started with our sales rep Tarry who was very thorough in walking us through the various choices on display in the showroom. He followed that up with an on-site visit to ensure that everything would work as we hoped. The one thing that sticks out is he prepared us with very realistic expectations of the whole process from delivery through installation and how accurate he was in what he communicated.

The installation team was exceptional and exceeded what Tarry had communicated as far as speed and quality of the install. We had 10 windows, a specialty window, and 3 sliders replaced, including a large multi-panel that required some extra know-how. Everything worked flawlessly and I was very impressed at how clean they kept our home and outside areas.

The owner came by and inspected everything and the team came back on one day after a quick phone call to make some adjustments. The owner himself stopped by when in the neighborhood a couple of weeks later and did an adjustment on a slider lock for us that was done in minutes.

Overall very impressed with the quality of the materials, process, improvement to our home, and the team. So much so that we have ordered two additional exterior doors from them and we're looking forward to that experience. After all the research we did, I'm glad our decision was well substantiated by a great company that we absolutely recommend.

I will supply photos later but I could not be more pleased with the service or value received in replacing all 5 windows in a very modest condo off 43rd Ave with double-pane, argon gas-filled, Energy Star compliant windows which qualify for a smallish federal energy tax rebate.

Purchased 4 vinyl replacement windows via an [redacted] and was going to delay the 5th due to expense, but when the glass got broken in that one, decided might as well get them all done at once, and the price I got from IllumiNation, even with non-standard size window frames (which adds to cost) AND the addition of a fifth window still saved me several hundred over the quote for 4 from another local company for same [redacted] vinyl windows, and at least a THOUSAND over the first quote I got for replacing 4 with the more expensive Milgard brand through a [redacted] affiliated contractor.

Before purchasing the [redacted] deal, I contacted the company by phone and found them receptive and willing to answer the questions I'd learned to ask after the first two quotes. I had rough measurements and they informed me that there would be additional charges for the non-standard sized windows, and that non-standard sizes would have to be ordered, and take 3-5 weeks to come in. It was not until on November 12, 2013 when the deal was about to expire that I finally made the purchase and sent them an email right away. They contacted me the very next business day, conferred with my tenants as to a suitable time and sent someone out to confirm the measurements within a few days. I felt the extra charges to be reasonable and was quite pleased with the quote, which included the 5th window, and a glass breakage warranty, and still came in several hundred below my next nearest quote. The terms were 50% down on the balance over the deal price, and 50% on completion.

The windows were installed 12/11/13. The installation crew seems to done a fine job, including caulking and touch up. My tenants were thrilled and I am very, very happy with the result, at least based on initial appearances. The new windows replaced original cheap aluminum frame ones that had single-pane glass that was flimsy, so thin as to bend when pressed on, and porous as to heat and cold. The new windows instantly transformed the appearance of the unit, making the exterior the nicest looking in the immediate area, garnering compliments and inquiries from the neighbors. As did another reviewer, I dealt with [redacted], who handled everything seamlessly and smoothly, and who made the entire experience effortless on my part - other than forking over the money. This place is on the down side of $50k rather than $500, but barring defects as yet unseen, I am very satisfied with product, service, and value received. Based on my experience, I am pleased to recommend.

[redacted] was very responsive to our initial call to him. He came out and gave us great ideas for replacing our large wood front entry door and sidelites. We decided to go with custom double iron entry doors with tinted glass and screens. We got other other quotes and he had the best price along with what I thought was the best service and options. The time frame for having this done was right on schedule and he kept us informed along the way. He was on sight the day of installation along with 2 installers. They did a very good job, arrived on time and were quite neat. The job turned out beautifully! It's pretty rare that a project turns out even better than you anticipated. The doors gave us the look of a million dollar living room. We are quite happy and would highly recommend [redacted] and his company.

Installed 18 windows with dual pane, low E Milgard windows.

[redacted] was very professional and explained everything in detail and both my husband and I felt this was the right company in which to do business. The windows arrived on time and [redacted], the supervisor on the installation was there with three employees. They all worked non-stop and the job was done in two days. The stucco work they did around the new windows was flawless (it actually looks nicer than the stucco we had around the old windows). One of the windows was to arrive in a couple of weeks, as it came in broken and they had to re-order it. A couple of weeks ago, we had terrible winds and it was eye-opening to hear the one single pane rattling in our kitchen, while all the others were very stable and no noise eminated from them. We now have all the windows installed and couldn't be happier. This company went beyond what was typical of most businesses in making sure we were completely satisfied. Without question, I would definitely recommend IlluminNation Windows to friends and neighbors.

Patio door installation,

Last week we had our patio door installed by illumination Window & Door and I must say they did an exceptional job.

The job started out with a sales appointment to the showroom where we were able to see the folding patio door system that we liked and we were able to operate it and pick out finishes, we were explained the job process and scheduled a home job inspection.

They then cam to our home and described the installation process of framing our wall for the door installation as we were enlarging the opening by 15 feet.

The day the job started they covered our area with plastic and protected as much dust as possible, the construction took 3 day just as we were told at the beginig and all we had left to do was some painting when the job was done.

we love our new folding door it really makes our home more enjoyable, I would recommend Illumination to anyone looking for a new door.

He held every promise he made including delivery. The installers were very professional, clean and prompt. We had one window damaged by factory and it was taken care of immediately. We has 3 windows installed. Our contract included staining and sealing. The painted began sealing staining a window , decided the project it was too difficult to do in the time he was allowed and left. We received a text from the owner telling us to find our own person to finish the job and take care of it on our own. We had a $400 balance and [redacted] told us we should to get the job done for this.

We are disappointed that he did not honor our contract.
