I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:The [redacted] indicated that I could RETURN the item if they did not fit. I have a ten year old that can attest to his "bait and switch ". His tactics prove that........why would he need to make a note on the bill of sale unless he was trying to be a [redacted] ? Is he testifying that IF he did not write that [redacted]. note that I would not be entitled to an exchange ? Of course I would but that wasn't the agreement....he promised a RETURN which represents a refund.  To further prove my point to how big a [redacted] he is.........My initial intention when I went back was not a refund but to purchase LED dimmable bulbs. His first question was what kind of dimmer do you have ?When I told him it was a LED dimmer he tried to convince me to change my LED dimmer switch to an ELECTRONIC DIMMER and buy his $30 LED dimmable bulb because according to this mn, NO OTHER LED BULB WILL DIM ON THE LED DIMMER SWITCH I HAVE. Unconvinced to his wish wash nonsense, He went on to say that he would make a "special" call to a friend who might have something I can use but I had to place a special order and this bulb might not even exist and had a 10% chance of the bulb to work.His resolution was either change my dimmer switch AND buy his bulbs or not be able to find a dimmable LED bulb for the LED dimmer that I had.So I went to the local ACE hardware and asked someone who was not a [redacted] the same question..........and guess what ? The salesman sold me a GE LED 40watt replacement dimmable Chandelier bulb for $4.99 that WORKS !That was no levitation trick.....bottom line.....[redacted] is a [redacted].Whether or not I get a $10.65 refund......I WILL get my $10.65 worth.  As I indicated in my letter, this swindler has done similar antics before.....   [redacted]n

[redacted] came in for 2 bulbs.  He was concerned if they would fit, so I told him I would cut the card they were attached to so he could EXCHANGE them if necessary (Please see the note on his slip showing that we discussed that). His slip on the bottom is printed with the store's...

I have filed complaints and it is amazing how the details are not available online. If you read reviews of this business, everyone says the same thing. The salespeople are high pressure, they don't tell you about the "no refund policy" and they even imply that you aren't committed. My wife and I ordered something and called back 2 hours later to try to cancel. Yes, he does have a big sign, yes it does say it on the receipt and yes [redacted] basically told me too bad. Honestly, we didn't pay attention to it. But I am pointing it out so YOU DO. Go to [redacted]. They are cheaper, just as knowledgeable and allow you to make returns. Who wants to do business with a store like this? Not me. He has this complex that everyone is show-rooming him. Not the case. So I still have a store credit that I will never use because I would rather lose the money than have to deal with the owner of this business again.
