This was not a legal binding contract, but as stated per complainant as long as title was clear vehicle could be sold. The vehicle had a lien on the vehicle for a title company. That in it self voided the agreement. Also the vehicle had repairs to get running and driving
completed by Illusions. This vehicle needed a lot more work to be able to sell, and Illusions was not willing to put any further money into this vehicle since the customer didn't leave a deposit. Mr *** was contacted by our office the end of February and told we could not sell this vehicle it was a lemon (VA has lemon laws) he needed to pay his bill and pick up vehicle and he could sell if he wanted to. He agreed to pickup vehicle the week of March 27th when he returned from Florida where he was working. He never showed up or contacted us in regards to this matter. Illusions considered this vehicle to be abandoned.Thank you*** ***
