The fender that the customer ordered is not listed on the website as "in stock" or "ready for paint” as he has statedWe had been in contact with MrJoel Yandrick during the entireprocess of getting the fender ready and had even advised that there was a delay and due to the
delay we discounted $off of the shipping fee. We shipped the part to the customer on February 23, with a receipt date of February 28, and did not receive any response or complaint from him until April 7, We contacted the customer in regards to the concerns with the part within business days on April 20,2015, advising that we must receive notification of any discrepancies with the product upon receipt and that any modifications made to the part will cause the part to be ineligible for return as stated on the website, and return policiesThe customer did not contract us to paint the fender, therefor we have no control over the price of the paint workSo the determination is that the customer has modified the part and did not notify us of what is claimed to be a damaged product, immediately upon receipt and therefor we can not give a refund or accept a return

delay we discounted $50.00 off of the shipping fee. We shipped the part to the customer on February 23, 2015 with a receipt date of February 28, 2015 and did not receive any response or complaint from him until April 7, 2015.
