Review: I ordered a product from illvapes and I broke immedatly they have fail to answer multiple emails and messages they finnally answered me today saying "Hi [redacted],Due to the lawsuit, the months following after, we had to let go of more than half our team, including our online support. As a result, during the months of June and July, our online support was inactive, so I have not seen your emails. In my personal opinion, the poldiac clone is one of the lower quality clones I've seen. We've had a few customers complain that their button always gets stuck and the locking ring is a hassle, etc. Unfortunately, we do not offer warranty or refunds for our clones unless otherwise stated in the product description. I do apologize for our lack of support during the last few months, but I am doing my best to answer all new emails. Best,[redacted]" if they knew the product was junk they should not sell it or refund or replace the bad products and the product did not have a description I ordered it over the phone because it was not on their website I made a previous order that I never got for months that why I called to get something else the man I talked to said its in great shape people love these but its not on their website now im out of 50$ after months of trying to resolve this problem . nobody has never had anything good to say about themDesired Settlement: I belivie I need a refund or a replace of the same product or store credit im out of 50$ because they sold me a product they new was junk I have a copy of the email I pasted above if needed .I didint know where to turn and something told me to report it to the Revdex.com because they knew the product was bad please dont let other people get scammed by these people
