Review: This business never delivered the sunglasses which were ordered on [redacted] on **-August-2015. On ** August they sent a message via [redacted] stating that the item was on back order for 1-5 business days, to which I replied to [redacted] on ** August that I would wait a little longer for the item to come in and preferred not to change the order at that time. However, since there was no further communication from them after that, on ** September I asked for an update, and they responded the item is still on back order. On ** October I again requested an update on the status of the glasses, to which they responded that the status had not changed and I can either get a refund or continue to wait. on * November I requested a full refund, to which they agreed on * November that it will be reflected on my account in 1-3 business days. On ** November I responded it had been 7 business days and no refund had been posted yet, and again requested the full refund of $281.44 Since then, emails sent to all of the addresses used in the correspondence come back with a Postmaster Notice that the email deliveries are delayed. The phone number on the websites end in holds, then automatically disconnect. On the website, under "How do I contact you?" there is also another number posted which actually belongs to a shipping and trucking company not affiliated with them. Other phone numbers embedded in the website never have a live agent.Desired Settlement: Refund
