Sooo glad I joined! This place will kick your butt but in a good way. You will want to quit but everyone's vibes will keep you going..Never though I would want to workout on my free time but I love it!
I'm so glad to have found ILKB Round Rock. I was looking for something that was motivating, fun & would help me build strength & endurance...ILKB Round Rock does all that. The trainers are helpful & motivating. They never let me quit, but also push me to go past my comfort zone. I've had so much fun that I look forward to attending class everyday. Give it a try! It's "CHEERS" for kickboxing "sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name and their always glad you came". This workout is tough but worth it you feel like you have conquered the world when you finish. I am a new member and membership is pricey BUT let me tell you why it needs to be pricey to change your life. For those of us with some extra weight to lose how many times do we sign up for something only to quit it. If it's cheap you can justify not going it's no big loss but if you are paying well tbh most of us are not going to just throw our money in the trash you better believe I am getting every penny worth. I choose to invest in a commitment to myself it won't be cheap and it won't be easy but come on the things that are really worth it never are ! Also I really mean it they make me feel so welcome I have been only to 5 classes thus far and EVERYONE knows my name and is happy to see me !
