This place has really changed the way I feel about working out. It's not only fun but they push you to be your best. The staff makes it fun and the facility is always clean. I've been to several classes with all of the instructors and they are all great!
This location is outstanding! I absolutely love the team of coaches. They are so inspiring and truly creates an enjoyable environment. This team is simply the best! AV is awesome!

The staff is amazing, really friendly and encouraging. They motivate you, and they are there during each class to keep your form spot on. They make modifications for you if needed. I walked in to just check it out and I ended up leaving with a membership. I have done a couple classes now and had no idea that an hour long work out could be as fun as it is challenging. I leave the gym a sweaty mess with a smile on my face.
I absolutely can’t get enough of ILovekickboxing.com Apple Valley. It’s an obsession (a fantastic, healthy one) waiting to happen. The instructors are motivating and kick you into shape in all sorts of encouraging ways. The gym is extremely clean despite waterfalls of sweat pouring off of you as your shred pounds and tone up those muscles. If you’re looking for a fun workout and accountability partners, they’ve got them here!
So, today was my first 3 day streak at ilovekickbox.com in APPLE VALLEY, MN. And let me tell you something I am loving every minute of the time I spend there. I will be completely honest, my first day I couldn't take the whole work out (so mind you eat before you go!). I gave it another go and haven't looked back.
The staff there is amazing. I've been going for about 2 weeks now and they have already made a follow up call to see how I was doing! My 2nd day coach has been my rock, keeping me on track and she even comes to be my bag partner! LOVE IT!
