I Love Quilting Forever

This company is terrible to deal with..DO NOT place an order. I placed and order on 12/11/19 for a t-shirt and a rotary cutter. I have not received any product. I have left them 5 messages and sent 2 emails. All they have done is email me back my phone messages and emails, but no response from the company. I am trying to get my back to take the money back. The phone number listed here on the Revdex.com website is disconnected. Stay away from www.ilovequilting.com

We placed an order (Order # *** with I Love Quilting Forever (Hobby Products, LLC d/b/a) on 11/28/2019 for a Quilting Holiday Box Bundle for $24.99 (Total $28.98 with Shipping) as a Christmas gift for my wife. We paid for the order using our credit card. Our credit card account shows that our payment was charged to our credit card on 11/29/2019. Other than the above order number we've not received a tracking number to track the shipment of this order. According to their shipping information online at www.ilovequiltingforever.com" within 7 - 10 days (they don't specify business or calendar days) of our order being placed we should receive notification of our tracking number. This tracking information would be sent to us via email. If we did not receive our tracking number within 10 days (again no specification on business or calendar days). On their website a customer can enter their contact and order information to track an order but this functionality is currently unavailable online. We sent them an email on 12/7/2019 asking for a status update on our order. They responded on 12/9/2019 apologizing for the delay with our order. They stated on their email that our order had been shipped on 12/4/2019. They told us to allow about 12 - 20 business days since our order was shipped directly for their supplier abroad. They provided no Tracking Number for our order and this is the last time that we've heard from them at all! I tried contacting their Customer Service today through their Chat online through their website and I've been awaiting a response from them for over an hour! I called them at their phone number *** today and left them a voice mail for contact on our order. In reviewing this company after these experiences I wouldn't have placed the order. Their company Hobby Products, LLC is based out of WY but lists their address (***) in TX which appears to be an RV park per Google.

This company is horrible and probably phony! Thankfully they allowed me to pay through PayPal, so hopefully I will have my money returned. I tried reaching out to the company after not eve receiving a shipping invoice number after 11 days through email, instant chat and phone call. No response from any of these!
