Review: On June 18, 2013, I placed an order for a swimswit from the ILoveSwinwear website. Order No. [redacted] The order was to be filled in 5 to 8 business days from the order date. My credit card was charged $95.00 on June 18, 2013. I have not received the swimsuit. On July 1, 2013 I sent an e-mail to the Customer Service department inquiring about the shipment - - no answer. On July 12, I phone the Customer Service department and left a message as instructed - no return call. Today, July 15, 2013, I phoned again and was instructed to leave a message and someone would get back to me. Also, today, July 15, 2013, I forwarded my first e-mail as a follow-up with no repsonse. My inquiries were using the following contact numbers and e-mail: Customer Service: ###-###-#### and [redacted] At this point, I do not want the swimsuit or do business with this company. I would like $95.00 credited to my cardit card.

One note - the address [redacted] appears to be a residence.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card credited.

Review: I ordered a Jelly Hot Pink Bikini on October 17, 2013-order # [redacted] for $56.00 and have not yet received. I have attempted to call the number (###-###-####) that was listed on the confirmation e-mail, however, the number has been disconnected. I also attempted to send them an e-mail x 2 inquiring about my order, however, have not received a response. I purchased the bikini via my [redacted] account and has already been charged, therefore, I am reaching out for some assistance on how to inquire about my order or get a refund for this bikini that I have not received.

Review: I found some bathing suits on I Love Swimwear's website. They sent me an invoice and the package arrived within a week. I had to return most of the items because of the fit. The company authorized the return of the swimwear. The post office showed it was delivered. I sent numerous emails with no response. I contacted the phone number on the website and the number constantly rang business. I never heard from I Love Swimwear again.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the items that were returned. The total is $292.00.

Review: I purchased a swim suit in January 2013. I was unhappy with my purchase and wanted to make a return. I received authorization from the company to make the return and was told I would receive a refund. I returned this product in February 2013 (I also purchased insurance when mailing this back) and still have not yet received a refund. I have tried to reach customer service several times both through e-mail and by phone and have left messages asking that I be contacted. Still no response and no refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund to be made, or at least be contacted regarding the hold up on this refund.

Review: I placed an order in June and still have not received my order. They contacted me once and ask me if I wanted my order or a refund and still can not get any help from them. They also do not have a phone number and I reaaly would appreciate some kind of response.

Review: THis was quite a while ago, but I want people to know that I got ripped off. I ordered a red thong swimsuit with white polka-dots for $50, and it didn't arrive withing 6 weeks. So I emailed them about it (there was no contact phone # to be found on their website). THey assured me it was on its way. So I waited about another week and a half, and still it never came. I finally told them I just wanted a refund because I'm tired of waiting. They gave me the run-around and said it was delivered, but no one signed for it at the door so it was sent back (why would someone have to sign for a swimsuit?) There was never any note from the post office on the door, and when I called [redacted] they had no record of a delivery ever happening. So, I never ended up receiving the product OR refund. I'm sure it's too late for a refund now, and I doubt I have the correspondance with the company but I want to reccommend to others not to order from this site. They have terrible customer service practices, and pretty much stole money from me since I never received a refund or product for my $50.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund, but as I stated above it probably is too late. I would like the public to be wary of this company. With no phone number, customer service is much harder to get. This is a company that does not care enough about it's customers to fulfill their wishes, or provide a live person to talk to.

Review: I ordered two swimsuits from this company and the money was paid via my debit card totaling $229.45 on 6/28/2013. The swimsuits did not fit and so I reviewed the return policy online: http://www.iloveswimwear.com/return-exchange.html - it stated I needed to obtain a return code to send the items back. I followed their guidelines explicitly - following all rules. I sent multiple emails to the company and finally received a return email with required return code - which was actually my order number. They instructed me to write it on the package and I sent it back, well within the required 30 days. I have these emails and the verification from the post office. The website said it may take two cycles to receive my refund. To date, the money (minus the 29% restocking fee) has NOT been refunded to my account. I have sent multiple emails to both email addresses listed on their site and have receieved no response from the company.Desired Settlement: I would like total amount due to me of $183.56 (original amount minus the 20% restocking fee) refunded to my credit/debit card.

Review: I ordered a product on 11-04-13. I was immediately charged, through [redacted] I have received no communication from the company concerning the delivery of my product. I've tried calling the company, but there number is disconnected. I've tried emailing the company, they have not responded. I have posted on their [redacted] page, again no response. It has been 5 weeks since I placed my order.Desired Settlement: Either to receive the product I paid for or have a refund of the money I paid.
