Review: I purchased a garment and it fits too small. I have visited the store to do an even exchange, but they do not have the size that I need. I have been told several time that the merchandise is going to arrive but it never does; they do not have the courtesy to call me. I have to initiate the call or stop by to find out that the product never arrive. I was informed by one of the employees that the products arrive from Colombia and my size might be out stock. I have requested that they refund me the money since they cannot provide the product but they refused to as their policy is only exchanges for 14 days. I should no be force to pay and keep for a merchandise that it does not fit.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund so that I can get the merchandise elsewhere. I am need of the garment but have cannot afford to pay another $85.00
