M of LOW-LIFE Companies. Never get in contact with them.
They try to trick people into long term contracts buying phoney active toxins.
They try to intimidate you into paying and will give any info regarding their location or answer any questions about their business.
This is an ugly company do have any dealing with.
Not stated on website this was a trial and subscription service. When called company they were only willing to refund $120 of $179.65 total charge.
I ordered samples of CBD gummies in Feb. NO WHERE ON THE WEBSITE DID IT STATE THIS WAS A SUBSCRIPTION TO ANYTHING, NOR DID IT STATE I HAD 14 DAYS TO CANCEL. I looked at everything--including fine print! I saw 2 charges on my credit card that I did not recognize ($89.73 and $89.92). When I called the merchant to inquire what this was I was told this was a subscription because I did not cancel in 14 days. After 30 minutes of haggling with the representative, she kept insisting the best she could do was to refund $60 for each transaction. I told her nothing but the ENTIRE amount refunded would be acceptable. She still insisted that because I did not cancel within 14 days, they could not give me a refund (mind you I haven't gotten the new order--nor do I need any testosterone or some detox stuff!). I also told her I knew this was a scam and I was going to report it. I just want my ENTIRE amount of money back ($179.65) and some investigation. Thank you for your time. I know this is a very trying time for all.

Your trial started when you ordered the products on 02/28/2020 which you paid shipping and handling fees of $6.95 and $6.97. Your trial ended on 03/15/2020, in which we didn't receive any call from you thus, your account has been kept active.
We went ahead and cancel your account today 03/24/2020. Rest assured, the account is cancelled and you wont receive any further shipments.
Since we do not normally do this, as a ONE TIME COURTESY, we went ahead and process a refund of $89.73 and $89.92.
Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

I appreciate the one time "courtesy" refund but there was NEVER ANYTHING ON THE WEBSITE STATING ANY TERMS OR CONDITIONS ABOUT CANCELING IN 14 DAYS. This is attested to with other people filing the same complaint. I want this to be reflected on the Revdex.com website.
I placed an order for two free samples online for which I was to pay for shipping charges. I received the samples on Jan 8th which included one small bottle of cbd oil and a bottle of gummies. I was charged two weeks later for a monthly subscription of imactivedetox which I did not want. I cancelled the order and was given a cancellation code. When I saw the charge I disputed the charge with my credit card company but they have billed me again because the merchant says I never returned the merchandise. Well I never received the product so I am unable to return it. I contacted the company for a credit but they refused because I disputed the charge.

The cbd oil and gummies were FREE samples, we pay for shipping only. If I knew that I would be charged 89.92 on a monthly basis for 1 ounce of cbd oil and 89.73 for 30 gummeis I would not have placed an order. The paper work merchant provided to the credit card company should a bottle of IM ACTIVE keto for 89.92 and a bottle of IM AVTIVE detox for 89.73. So when they tell you that we paid for cbd oil and gummies, they are lying. I am not an active person, so I wouold not need their products. As you can see by the enclosed attachmets that the charges are for monthly subscriptions of detox and keto.
I ordered trial samples of CBD gummies for which I paid a trial price billed to my *** Master Card. On 2/18/20 there were two charges on my card ($89.73 & $89.92). I was told by representative of *** that these were subscription charges for IM Active Detox and IM Active Keto of Sarasota,FL, for which I did did not subscribe. When I contacted IM Active Detox in Sarasota at 866-360-8424 I was told I had the wrong number. This was a detox center. When I called IM Fit Club in Hallandale,FL, the operator spoke only Spanish which I do not.
This sounds like a scam to me, and I do not know which one is doing the scam.
Please advise!
