I had just had my battery changed on my CasdilacWhen I was changed it said to the guy warning could cause electronic issues, but the guy at the auto supply store told me it said it was okay to change itI pulled out of the auto supply place and my break light came on saying there was a problemI pulled into the station and was told by the son his father would drive it and let me know if it needed work to meWhich meant to a person that he would drive it and come ask me the owner of the car what I wanted to doI had on one card and on antho er card and my credit one credit cardThe owner drove the car and put it up on the lift with out my permission it's my carOrdered breaks with out my permission it's my carThen was trying to hustle me and not let me call my husband a Boston Fire Fighter to confirm that it was a good dealI can send bank statement to prove I had plenty of cashI was so nervous by his behavior I did not even want to have him scan ,y card.I never gave him permission to order breaks or to take my car into his garage or put it on my liftWhen I said I needed to talk to my husband he got loud and verbally abusive, said he did not have time for me to call my husbandI began to fell hustled and pressured I asked him to take my car down he became very ignorant refusing to take my car down unless I paid him I was forced to pay to get it down.I found out later from the dealer that my breaks needed to be done by them which was much more money I trust what they said because I was not being rush or hustledThey did not order any parts or put my car on a lift with out my permissionNo where did this fraud have a sign saying if I look at your car you pay nor did he ask my permission to take my car into his garrageHe was trying to hustle me by making decisions with out my permission about my carWhen I told him to take my car down he started with profanityI am standing up for my self and all women who get treated like this by garages[redacted] later informed me that only the dealer can fix my air bag issue and should touch my breaks because it is a very electrical carI had another mechanic look at it he said to me right away the car needs to be worked on by the dealer or I could have electrical problems and when you go online to order parts for this model [redacted] it shows up

She came downHad to fix brakesNeed $moreMy son has nothing to do with this, he does stickersI took the car for a drive and there was metal on metalI told her the rear brakes needed to be replacedShe said go aheadI ordered the partsI had the car on the lift and she changed her
mindI think she realized that she had no money to pay for itSo she said take down the liftI told her you owe me $for diag fee, I do not do work for nothShe started getting rude and yellingI had to get the police involvedThey came and told her to leaveNow I am stuck with parts for a car, I have receipt for the parts I ordered
