Review: An appraisal of my property was done on May 1,2013. When I received my copy, I saw that he had not listed any of the serious defects that I had told him about, and that are verifiable such as broken electrical outlets and the danger of CO poisoning due to the fact that there are broken tiles in the flue that is used for the furnace and that it needs expensive repairs. In addition, the threshold for the front door is rotting.Also, he used homes and properties for comparison that we're in "move in" condition and that had garages and paved driveways. I had a competitive market analysis done in April by a licensed realtor in April,2013, and that analysis came in at forty thousand dollars less than the appraisal done by I.M.A..
