assuring that all of its properties provide great service and quality accommodations. This guest’s comments have made us aware of an instance when one of our properties did not meet a valued customer’s expectations. We regret that the guest had to contact you and our office regarding her concerns with the property. Each property is independently owned and operated under a franchise. This means that the property’s management is responsible for meeting brand standards and for day-to-day operations. After thorough review of her concern (please see below), we feel the best resolution will be achieved by direct communication between the property management and the guest. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. On 3/2, Ms. [redacted] contacted Ramada Customer Care and a customer care concern was filed. On this same date, the property advised that they refunded her directly for two nights and also washed and folded all of her clothes per her request. On 3/3, an email was sent from Ramada Customer Care to Ms. [redacted] providing the name and contact information for the owner of the property. Ms. [redacted] responded to the email. On 3/9, the property sent Ms. [redacted] an email apologizing and advising that, as she requested on the date of her departure, they cleaned all of her clothes and refunded her directly for two nights; versus having her go through the arduous task of contacting the 3rd party travel agent to get her refund. The property stated that the refunded amount was twice the amount originally approved so it would cover the cost of the dry cleaning for her bags. Thank you again for contacting Ramada Customer Care.
