Review: I tried for over a year to resolve this matter with this business. I signed up January of 2012 for these body wraps $400 for a total of 10 body wraps. I paid a total of $267 and only had 3 body wraps. I have complained that I have not gotten all my wraps because when I signed up I was told they never expire and I can use them whenever I want to. So with many significant events like weddings, communions, reunions scheduled for 2012, I tried to schedule my wraps around these events and they gym was not accomodating and in July 2012 they told me that my wraps expired.Over a year later no resolution, only had 3 body wraps and paid for twice as many!!! They are still harassing me for the remainder and with no option of getting the wraps I paid for!!Desired Settlement: I want this organization, Image 2000 to stop harrassing me and refund the difference of what I did not use as far as wraps.

Review: I was a member of Image Planet in Union NJ from June/July 2013 through August 2013. In August I decided that I was unable to attend the gym anymore due to travel restraints and called to let them know that I would finish out the month of August but would not be returning in September. I was told over the phone that it was not a problem. No one explained to me ever that I would physically have to be in the gym to cancel my membership, and I had not realized that I was continually being charged for these services I was no longer using. I received a call from a collection agency saying that I owed money for November payments to Image Planet (I had replaced my debit card during the period in between).

When I called to explain my situation the managers told me that the only way to cancel my membership was to physically come in and that I would continue to get charged for their services. Even though I called in August, thought my membership was already cancelled, and havent been to that gym since August.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the months of September and October that I was charged $60 after I was told my account would be cancelled. And I would like Image Planet and their collection agency to cease there continued effort to collect November and December payments.

In looking at this business on your website I see that they have over 10 complaints for false billing. They are scamming people out of their money and it is not right.

Review: I cancelled my membership there two years ago. Validly to their requirements 3 times. Yet they gave me trouble. Third time seemed to be a charm and they said you have been cancelled from the gym. Two years letter I get an email from them yesterday after not being contacted for almost two years that I owe them almost $500. And that they have never cancelled my membership. They have not been helpful at all. This has been a horrible experience.Desired Settlement: For the outstanding balance to stop and they send me a letter saying it has been cancelled. Bc before they have told me it's against their policy. But if they do this to me again for the fourth time I would like physical proof that it was cancelled back in 2013.
