In the dispute it has the PO box but the location of the actual place where I took my car was a [redacted] *** in Albuquerque New Mexico

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] ***[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the response. If the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered] there are issues with the car that Marks said was fixed but was not. Marks casa said for two weeks they were doing a alignment but there was no way they could have with the condition the car was in. I called Marks the day I got the car back and was told it was pulling to the right because of the tires so I was told by them. there are numerous issues with the car, which marks said the fixed but [redacted] and gieco said was not. My car was giving back to me in unsafe conditions.

I am rejecting this response because: I don't think you're taking my complain as serious as it is given the fact that my vehicle was given back in an unsafe condition which I have three kids that I was driving around in an unsafe vehicle Blake and stated that my car was pulling because of the tires but he also stated that they did an alignment on my car how was there an alignment done on my car when the tires were in the condition that it was given back to me Geico shouldn't have to pay for two tires and me pay for one when there's one good Tire on there when there were four good tires on there when it was given to Mark's casa which makes me highly upset because I'm having to pay for one when I had a four set of tires on there when it was taken into Mark's Casa I didn't have a vehicle for 2 months I ran out of my rental I had to borrow a car for a whole month now my vehicle is in another shop and I'm without a vehicle again having to get to work having to get kids to school having to get kids to practice without a vehicle to the negligence of Mark's casa and let's be real the issues that are wrong with my car are due to negligence bumpers not aligned that makes the alignment go off so from bumpers two tires my car was given back to me unsafe condition and I would appreciate if Mark's Casa would stop saying that whatever wasn't done there is being done at [redacted] know what they neglected to do is being done at [redacted] because that's what they did they neglected the safety of my vehicle when they gave it back to me in the condition they gave it back
