Image Artistry

Hi, my name is *** and Lyndy the owner of image artistry has been advertising her training courses for a new product called the hyaluronic pen. In her advertisement she claims the product will work and personally told me herself she stand behind its efficacy 100% which I have in writing via her Facebook. Each student was to pay $500 to hold a training spot and then a $2000 remaining balance which covers the training and materials and the false promise that there would be enough product materials from the course to make your money back. 6 girls registered for this class. We all had an extremely unprofessional experience which we have video documentation of. The course and the products arrived scuffed. The pen promises a pain free easy application with an 8month lasting power. During the training one of the model students suffered a severe injury from application by the trainer. The owner herself has suffered a golf ball sized bursted blood vessel under her eye from the product which I information she revealed during training. All of the girls suffered severe bruising, issues with the pen itself not working properly, the gel not actually injecting into the injection site and a frustrated and unhappy clientele. Upon training we were promised our products in class which we never received until a week or two later. She mailed them to a salon and we were to pick up from the salon owner who was also a trainee. I was never given my full amount of product in which the owner blamed the salon owner promised to send me product directly and then never did: I used this device on my lips and suffered a busted blood vessel extreme swelling and lumpy painful lips that lasted 1week. The scarring is still visible: among meeting with every single girl who has taken this course we ALL have the same issues and upon bringing the attention to the owner she is completely unprofessional blames technique blocks contacts and says to deal with her lawyer. This product come to find out she is selling on her website for $200 the pen and $60 the training booklet: as far as I’ve seen not a single girl as made a 1$ off of this training and this woman has set up a scam to con women out of $2500 for a product that does not work and a horrible training experience with materials that cost less than $300. Myself and all of the girls in training would like a reasonable refund. We have offered to mail her back the pen and product and come to a reasonable refund but Lyndy has offered nothing but blocking us and saying that we need to deal
With her lawyer wh we have no contact info for. Please look into this horrible scam as to warn others and hopefully recoup some of the money we wasted on this fraudulent, medically unsafe, and false advertisement of this training and product. I will be contacting other departments as well as our local news station with the other 5 of us to end this con.

I had an appointment with Lyndy on October 12, 2019 for microblading. I was told my paid in full appointment included a follow up touch up appointment in 2 months. I tried contacting her twice in December, left her voicemail messages on her business line (same number of initial appointment). She had never returned my calls. I had someone reach out to her via Facebook Messenger a week after my last message. She requested I use her personal cell phone number to contact her. She still did not reply. I requested someone reach her via Facebook again. She finally messaged me back and said she’ll finish the service when she gets around to it. She doesn’t have any set dates and sometimes could be up to 6 months. This is not something I was told. She has been completely unprofessional. She has told me that she does not want to work with me and to find someone else. She did not complete her services and has left my eyebrows botched. I am requesting a full refund. I do not feel confident in Lyndy doing my brows. She has shown unprofessionalism and now I am worried.
