fully aware of the coverage for his vehicle purchase from Elite Warranty.  Our agreement with Elite Warranty does cover branded/salvage titles.  The addendum documents specifies that all Image Auto vehicles do qualify as any clean title vehicle under the Elite warranty Service contract protection plan.  Attached is this addendum signed by the General Manager Colen S[redacted]. I am rejecting this response because:
I have yet to be contacted about my refund despite Image Auto's claims and the email they attached doesn't even reflect them contacting me for a refund. Please do so. All I'm asking is to keep your word and get me the refund you promised me several times. I was lied to multiple times. Let's make things right and put it behind us. Also, the only thing that was fixed was adding some silicon glue to temporarily stop a power steering leak. The car had computer problems with the airbag light, a broken headlight and a leaking AC system that required to be replace. That's cost me several thousand dollars and Image Auto blew me off when I made multiple attempts to have them fix it. I'm being pretty generous and going to let that part go. All I'm asking is for Image Auto to refund me the money they've now promised several times from the aftermarket warranty. I don't care that commission was given out to those that lied to me about it. Rewarding liars is terrible. Make things right with me.
