miss communication on our end. we were there longer then 30 min's even waited on her husband, explained to him the entire job to try and help them so they did'nt have to pay us to do it. that alone should be worth the fee of $165. knock on the door and rang doorbell with no response returning to the fan to call she came to the door after that, kitchen sink was stopped up and ran 8 foot of cable in drain line three times would not penetrate the stoppage, he the customer asked how much it would take to repair the line. did'nt want to pay that so asked questions on how to do it himself. explained to him and even gave him some parts.

They did not have to wait on my husband, he came home just a few minutes after they got there. My husband was there while they were snaking the drain. The [redacted] of telling my husband to crawl under the house to fix the drain himself because A Better Plumbing would charge us $600 just to crawl under the house. (Of course we would say no thank you to that amount) He told us he was just guessing that could be the problem. Wrong advise is not worth $165. We had to call another plumber out and it only cost us $95 and he snaked the drain and FIXED IT. I should not have to pay for a job that was not done. He didn't do anything but bull [redacted] us the whole time he was here.
