Dear Revdex.com, "Arial","sans-serif";"> We are one of the largest providers of specialty photo products in the US We pride ourselves on providing the best prints on an array of unique substrates utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and materials We operate a large facility with a top notch team of professionals We have been in business for more than years and have processed millions of direct to consumer prints in our family of products [redacted] *** placed order #’s [redacted] with our company for a photo on glass print The order had customer notes and was put on hold to clarify the customer issues prior to printing Once the clarity issue was resolved, the order was printed and shippedThe order was shipped within our and stated time frame and the customer stated that she did not receive her product The shipper tried to deliver the package and was unable to verify the address, so the shipper put a note on the customer’s door to pick up the order from their location When tracking the package, it shows that the package was delivered The complaint was that the order took too long to process and returned by the shipper Our products are customized and we need ample time to have our design team review the orders and process and per the customer request, the order was put on hold for reviewOur current processing time is around business days and this is confirmed to the customer with their order confirmation (days after the customer approves “on-hold orders) See below Please note that order fulfillment includes time to manufacture the product along with packing and wrapping Shipping typically runs an additional 3-business days in the US and longer for the holidays (excluding shipper delays) Our current estimated time to manufacture most products is currently approximately 11-[redacted] business days and may be longer during the holidays and peak ordering times Custom and specialty products, including manual orders may take an additional days or longer to produce This time estimate is assuming your image is received “print ready” Images requiring “intervention” special handling will be put on hold and take longer and delay production process Orders requiring intervention include some of the following issues, special requirements, low resolution, too dark, too bright, general low quality photos, cropping problems, changes and inquiries including delivery information and other related issues Since most products are customized, shipping times are estimates and or not guaranteedAs a courtesy to the customer, we went ahead and issued a shipping credit for both orders and since the order was placed with a prepaid third party voucher, asked the customer to call the voucher provider and get a full refund for the amount she paid We have also call the voucher company to authorize the refund Since this order was processed within our stated policy, we are requesting that the Revdex.com remove this from our file We apologize for the issue Regards, [redacted] ***

and materials.  We operate a large
facility with a top notch team of professionals.   We have been in business for more than 20
years and have processed millions of direct to consumer prints in our family of
products.

order #’s [redacted] with our company for a photo on glass print.  The order had customer notes and was put on
hold to clarify the customer issues prior to printing.  Once the clarity issue was resolved, the
order was printed and shipped. The order was shipped within our normal and
stated time frame and the customer stated that she did not receive her
product. 
The shipper
tried to deliver the package and was unable to verify the address, so the
shipper put a note on the customer’s door to pick up the order from their
location.
When tracking
the package, it shows that the package was delivered.
 
The complaint

holidays.  (excluding shipper
delays)  Our current estimated time to
manufacture most products is currently approximately 11-15* business days and
may be longer during the holidays and peak ordering times.  Custom and specialty products, including
manual orders may take an additional 10 days or longer to produce. 
This time
estimate is assuming your image is received “print ready”.  Images requiring “intervention” special handling
will be put on hold and take longer and delay production process. 
Orders
requiring intervention include some of the following issues, special

cropping problems, changes and inquiries including delivery information and
