I WAS GUARANTEED TO HAVE MY CAR PASS SMOG FOR $400.I PICKED UP MY VEHICLE ON 11-12-14 AND DROVE FROM [redacted] TO [redacted](WHERE THE REGISTRATION IS DUE)ON 11-17-14.BEFORE ARRIVING THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND THE SMOG PLACE WOULD NOT TEST IT.THE SMOG PLACE ATTENDANT INSPECTED THE VEHICLE AND SAID NOTHING WAS DONE TO IT, EXCEPT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS RESETED.I WENT BACK AND COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS. [redacted](MECHANIC) ASKED ME TO BRING IT BACK THE NEXT DAY(11-18-14),AND HE WOULD FIX IT CORRECTLY.I DID,TODAY IS 12-4-14 AND I HAVE GOTTEN THE RUN AROUND THIS WHOLE TIME WITH NO RESULTS. TWICE HE HAS TOLD ME IT'S ALMOST DONE, I HAVE DRIVEN BY THE SHOP A FEW TIMES AND SEE MY VEHICLE PARKED IN THE SAME PLACE(ACROSS THE STREET).Product_Or_Service: REPAIR WORKDesired SettlementI NEED MY VEHICLE TO PASS SMOG(AS GUARANTEED), TO ENABLE ME TO GET IT REGISTERED, OR A REFUND TO GET AN HONEST SHOP'S HELP.

On May 06, 2015 I took my 2003 Dodge Durango to Image complete auto repair for a transmission seal. [redacted] who is the owner said I needed a transmission pump and transmission converter. After several days of promises of getting my car fixed and returned, I was finally able to pick up my car 3 1/2 weeks later on Friday, May 29, 2015. After I picked up my car I discovered the car would not change gears and would not accelerate over 30 mph. I called [redacted] very angry because the car was not fixed and he had it for over 3 weeks. He told me to bring the car back in on Monday,June 1, 2015 and he would replace the transmission. I took my car in on Monday, June 1, 2015 and he PROMISED me it would be ready at the end of the day. After promises and promises of the car would be ready, I finally picked up the car on June 10, 2015, 7 DAYS LATER. By the time I got back to my house, the car was leaking transmission fluid and a puddle formed under my car. I looked under the car and found that there were 3 bolts missing from the transmission. I called [redacted] and informed him of the continuing problem and he said that he would have the car picked up on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at 8am. As of this complaint, at 9:05am [redacted] is nowhere to be found and my car cannot be driven. I am VERY dissatisfied with [redacted] and his company and I do not want to bring my vehicle back to him because of the incompetence of his work.Product_Or_Service: TransmissonDesired SettlementI would like a FULL refund of the so called repairs that [redacted] did to my vehicle and since I do not want to have him touch my car again due to his continued incompetency, I would like him to pay for all repairs necessary to my vehicle at another repair company of my choosing.
