I have met with the staff at Berry's and have accepted the gift card offered for [redacted] but the issue will not be resolved until they reset the payments to December to reflect when I actually received a "new" appliance. The company blamed warehouse staff and everything else on why they sold me a used defective appliance, not taking responsibility for their error. [redacted]

I apologize for the delay in getting this processed as the warranty company requested additional info which may have caused a delay by us or the warranty company. But it has been processed. The full amount of warranty was $2000 and the refund from the warranty company of $1732...

 was sent out to customers financing bank on Feb 20th, Being it was prorated by time of warranty being in service it left a difference of $268.00 that we are sending out today to the customers bank for the inconvenience.
