Review: I placed an order (#[redacted]) online on April 23, 2014. When placing this order, I noted in the project details that I needed the file printed with markups. This was my second order with this company and after having issues the first time I did as instructed (which was to notify them that I needed the document printed in this way). I received the copies today (May 1, 2014) and once again the markups were not printed. I called immediately and the person that answered remembered me from before and while I was explaining the issue to her there was someone else in the background loudly saying that she didn't know what the comments meant when she saw them and that it wasn't possible. It was obvious that she didn't know what she was doing as not only have I done this at home as well as at work, but the company printed two files for me in a previous order after I explained how it needed to be done. FYI: If you don't know then you should ask the client. She said that she would print one page to make sure she could do it but I would have to wait another week or so. This is unacceptable, and her attitude and ignorance intolerable. I have no desire to do any further business with this company. I want a full refund (including shipping) for the botched job in the amount of $80.84.Desired Settlement: Full refund including shipping for a total of $80.84.

So far we have sent 3 orders to the customer she at no time followed the print requirements as stated in our web site. If she had attached the edited pdf and sent it properly all of the orders would have been correct. We took her edited pdf and created a new file { pdf it again} all change printed correctly. All orders submitted must be print ready both of these were not. The error is on her part. In her yelp comments she called our staff an ignoramus obviously the finger is pointed in the wrong direction. The $ 80.84 will be refunded after all 3 orders are returned 1 from the first order and 2 from the second a FEDEX return lable is being sent.

I am rejecting this response because: The pdf was sent as requested the second time I placed an order with you (by an employee who no longer works there). Get your facts straight - you only sent this order out twice. I made the highlights to the first copy myself which took me 2 highlighters and several hours so I will not be returning that one (at least it was printed on the right paper and had the holes punched). You can have the second order back - your ignoramus employee did not print the order on the correct paper nor did she punch holes in it as requested on the original order so I fail to see how you feel the job was done to specification - check the invoice. I am awaiting the FedEx label and still expect a full refund once it is returned since you were willing to grant it after my first complaint. If you don't like the reviews on Yelp (or anywhere else for that matter) then improve your customer service - she had a bad attitude and big mouth which reflects poorly on you and your business. And your defense of her shows the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

Company states for the consumer to return all three orders and we will refund the money. If all three orders are not returned no refund will be provided. I am sending the shipping labels today.
