I am rejecting this response because:
The second part to the story is pretty much all false. As she stated in the first paragraph, she has over 40 years of experience. She repeated this numerous times on the phone and was not willing to help me in any other...

way. She was rude which was irritating to me. The second thing to make anyone mad is comparing our ages. She states that I am a young lady as she did on the phone. Repeating that she probably has double the experience then I have been alive. I feel that is not appropriate. She then states that I told her I had history somewhere else (single) and in the next sentence she says I told them I have been to several places. My stylist did not say it would take more than one visit to color my hair, however, she did say that she “zoned out” in the middle of my hair cut.I left a $10 tip, not because I was happy with my hair, but because as she stated, they still used their products and hair stylist, as to why she does not want to refund my money. I still left a tip for the stylist because I took up her time.My unrealistic expectations were met 3 weeks later at another salon. I would be willing to send you those before and after pictures and show that my hair is still healthy. Assuming that people are only out to get free services is why she was rude to me on the phone. In my original email, I offered to pay for my cut and shampoo. I only wanted a refund for the color that did not show.Communication is key. The salon’s response shows that. I was not aware that they already took so much off my bill, I was not shown the before and after pictures, I was not told it would take multiple times to lighten my hair. From the stylist’s response, she too lied. I did not say “I didn’t want my hair too light or too dark.” I told her I wanted 1 inch cut. I am not complaining about the cut, because I like it, but because clearly, the salon is trying to come up with as many things as possible to make them in the right. Unfortunately, this situation has led this far. At this point, I do not feel anything will be given back in return. I this hope this business is given a review that reflects what could possibly happen if you visit the salon. The owner is only using her opinion if a customer brings a complaint. She will only fix and/or refund if she believes iT deserves this. I also hope the pictures are carefully observed. The main difference is the hair being curled.
