Hi, I have been in business for years now and this is the first time I have been reported to your agencyWe have many loyal, happy customers, I have learned over many years of service that you just can not please everyone and that some customers are extremely hard to work withThis customer is
a prime exampleWhen he placed the order for hooded sweatshirts he requested *** *** garmentsThat was what he receivedHe never brought me a previous sample prior to the order being printedHis complaint is that the shade of red was slightly different, the liner of the hood is gray and that the string on the hood was flat (like a hockey lace)In years I have never had anyone complain about something as trivial as a lace being flat instead of roundI told him that this was the only style that we carry in "*** brandHis girlfriend was with him at time of piand she said that they looked greatThere was absolutely no issue with the quality of the product or the printingHe took the job with him when he left my storeWhen he called back a couple days later he was angry and wanted a full refund or new shirts printedI explained again that he requested *** *** and that was what he receivedI told him next time we could look for a different brand with the round strings in the hood instead of the flatI also told him that I would extend him a 20% discount on the next orderHe refusedI said that I felt he was being very unreasonable and that I was trying to work with himHe was reminded that he did take the order from my location and that I would not offer a full refund for a product that there was absolutely nothing wrong withHe then threatened me with bodily harm so I was forced to call the police to file a formal complaint against himAlso the first time in years that I have had to do thatThis customers seemed to me to be unpredictable and I felt I needed this all on record in case something happens to me or my businessCustomer satisfaction has always been very important to meI am not at all happy about the outcome with this customer, but I take being threatened seriously, so I will never have contact with this customer againThanks, *** N*** PresImage Makers *** *** ** *** ** *** ***
