We have been in communication with this customer regarding his order. He initially placed the order for a KSTalon Dyna Kickstand and later changed it to a KSTalon FL Kickstand. Our initial ETA was based on the order he sent us for a KSwhich we told him we could deliver in
June. KSkickstands have been severely impacted as they are our most popular item so once we found out that was the item he intended to order we told him the lead times were much longer. In the meantime, the owner of the foundry that casts our kickstands had emergency quadruple bypass surgery and this interrupted production of our products. He is doing much better now and production is back on line. We are trying to work with this customer to get him his kickstand and/or refund his money. Review: I want the kickstand I ordered in April, 2014 I have been told numerous times that I would be receiving the kickstand but I now feel I am being scammed and I want the Revdex.com to investigate and go after this company so that I get the product I paid for. I paid $319 for the eagle talon kickstand with bumper and spring. I have contacted the company 6 times. First contact was on 5/26, then 3rd week of July, 3rd week of August, September 18, and October 3rd. A voicemail was left that if I did not have my product within one week I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com. On 10/7 I was told the kickstand was done and a tracking number would be issued to me (via e-mail) by 10/9. As of right now I do not have a tracking number. This company has given me excuse after excuse and I feel I am being scammed. I want the Revdex.com to go after this company!Desired Settlement: I want the Revdex.com to investigate and go after this company so that I get the product I paid for. Or, I want my money refunded to me.

Our initial ETA was based on the order he sent us for a KS0603 which we told him we could deliver in June. KS0602 kickstands have been severely impacted as they are our most popular item so once we found out that was the item he intended to order we told him the lead times were much longer. Review: I ordered a KS0602 - Talon FL Sidestand (Harley Davidson custom kick stand) November 12, 2013. I havent received the part,over-promised, not delivered. Emails from Image Motorcycle Products are templated to provide a standard"..Sorry for the inconvenience, I expect the product to be shipped next week"The company never takes my phonecalls. They owe me $269.00.Desired Settlement: I want Image Motorcycle Products to own-up and take responsibility and accountability. I delayed ordering the part from another company based on their correspondence that the part was inbound and expected to be delivered. It's obvious now 7 months later that's not the case.

Review: On February 4, 2013 I ordered a custom made kickstand for my motorcycle and paid same day (online purchase #004319) $312.84. As of today, November 4, 2013, I have not received the item. Have been advised numerous times in the past 5-6 months that I will receive them in a week, in a couple weeks, and a couple of times that they expect to ship in one week (last being over a month ago). When I asked for a refund they say that the item is now in its final stages, which they told me that information over ago. As of now it has been 9 months waiiting. Many times I had to email Image Motorcycle Products to get an update as to why their words don't seem to match their promise.Desired Settlement: Total cost paid of $312.84. Deposited to my account as was withdrawn my account.
