Good Day,I am attaching to this email response a screen shot of my response to the client back in the summer time as well a s a copy of the contract which I have the paper signed copy to send you if required,please note that between October and the recent phone call from the client I did not received any email nor another phone call either.Secondly while I have agreed in good customer gesture to return part of the money I have never agreed to a set amount,according to the contract signed We do not have to give nay deposit back but we do believe and have some fault and this is why I have agreed to return a part of such retainer.However at this point the Client stated to post a bad review on Social media and [redacted] and at this point we cannot or shall negotiate under the possibility to have those bad reviews posted even after the fact, it is therefore our obligation under the Fair Trading Act to decline the clients requestThank YouJorge A [redacted] *Image of Beauty

I am rejecting this response because:I have attached the two emails I sent using the email posted on their webpage. I also have attached our first correspondence regarding the issue. In regards to the statement about social media...I stated that we should have access to post a review whether good or bad. I have access for my customers to review and comment on my business page and any "bad" reviews are taken seriously and dealt with in a PROMPT and RESPECTFUL way to ensure good customer relations. That is a mute point however as it is a he said/she said situation. What is relavent is that I was ignored twice by email and I call a few times with no answer until my fiancé called from his phone. Whether you have agreed to a certain portion (which you didn't dispute my suggestion from my first e-mail) or not, you stated that you would have this resolved in October 2016 with no conditions as to why you wouldn't pay (ie. the date had not been filled with another wedding).
