Review: I hired [redacted] to be my wedding and engagement photographer. He was very responsive until we signed my contract and put down a deposit. We were able to get in touch with him to have an engagement photo session. At the session we discussed using some of the photographs for Christmas gifts and save the dates. He sent me a text a few days later to let us know there was a preview of our photos on [redacted] (three photos out of hundreds). This was early October. Since then, I have made several attempts to get in touch with him regarding our photos and plans for save the dates etc. I used text, phone, and email to try to get a response from him but he is nowhere to be found. There have been many posts to the business [redacted] page about his terrible service, and lack of responses, but they are quickly deleted. This says to me that he is around and well, just avoiding his paying clients. I eventually decided that this was unacceptable and I would need a new photographer. Since then, I have booked a photographer, but still have not heard from [redacted]. Since he failed to follow through with his responsibilities, I believe that he should return my deposit. I would accept my engagement photos, including the rights to them, in exchange for the deposit. I would also accept a full refund of the deposit.Desired Settlement: I would like my full deposit refunded, or my engagement photos, with rights to them.

Review: Bruce M[redacted] was our wedding photographer on November 2, 2013. Bruce has failed to answer any phone calls, emails or text messages from me or my husband when we did not receive our pictures. Bruce was paid $2,000 in full well before our wedding date. Bruce would not return any phone calls. Last week I left Bruce a message telling him I was going to meet with a lawyer to take him to court since he did not give us anything we paid for almost a year ago. I finally received our photos on a cd yesterday. No apology, no note--nothing. Our contract stayed that he does owe us some free enhanced prints but how in the world would I go about getting those when the guy won't answer our calls? I must also say that I was always very nice and professional when I would contact him. It was only last week that I had to be more stern and let him know I was getting a lawyer.
