I`m a little confused at the complaint here but I will try to respondOur company is Image Recovery Service not Image AutoWe did exactly what we are hired to do which is repo the vehicle after repo the vehicle we have to do a condition report and inventory property in vehicle as my company is responsible for keeping contents safe because the bank does not tell us who is getting cars back or which ones go to auction until last minuteI understand being upset about having to pay money however the fees are set to operate the businessNo refund will be issued by my company

My company looked at the vehicle as a courtesy to customer who was upset and cussing at my staffMy staff figured out that it may be the neutral safety switch which is basically a screw behind the brake pedal which causes the shifter to be locked in placeCustomer says only him and licensed mechanics are allowed to work on vehicle and he wanted me to pay for Honda to fix his carI explained to customer I was looking as a courtesy and us towing his vehicle wouldn`t have caused this part to go outCustomer also was upset he had to pay 1,to his loan company to get his car backIt is my belief after talking to customer and his reaction that this was previously like this and customer is trying to recoup some money or have his vehicle fixedMy guys who looked at vehicle for customer also noted that customers front tires were worn abindicating that there is front end issues with vehicleMy company has closed this complaint internally

It is our company policy we do not store any liquids of any kindThis is why the cleaning supplies were not returned to the customer because all liquids are disposed ofAs far as the marks on driveway they are blacks marks from rubber tires they will go away after some rainI understand the customer wants to get her money back and that is why she has made these complaints to Revdex.com and trough website and in person but it is simply not going to happen

Customer came to office On 7-28-and received some of her stuff then on 8-customer filed complaint with our office and my office located her stuff in the safe because it was a purse and wallet ...On 8-2-Customer received all remaining items

With our business, we do hold items that were in the vehicle at the time of towWe do make an exceptions for things extremely necessary such as prescription medicine, credit cards, IDs, and including car seatsWe would not have charged Ms [redacted] for her car seatsShe made an appointment to pick up her car seats on 9/22/at 10AM and did not show upWe still have her property and she can come up to get it for free of charge, she can call today to make an appointment for Monday

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/08/21) */ This is not how this happened.This customer was very difficult from the second she stepped into my business which is why I had to speak with her because my staff did not want to deal with herWe did a condition report on the vehicle at the time of the condition report the odometer was not working if it is working now that greatBut why would we say something is broken if its not that doesn't benefit us in anywayThe customer accused of of damaging her bumper which you could clearly see was there for a while and when I asked her if she is trying to say we did that she got mad and said she had to goThe reason for the question is because we have a procedure if there is a damage complaint she would have to fill out a form and sign it but she didn't give anyone the chance to explain that to herAnd the reason I didn't give her my last name is because there is only one [redacted] working here and I am the owner so if she needed to reference who she talked to it would be fairly easyShe told me she was calling Drive time cause she aint got time to deal with meIf she wants to follow our procedure then we can see where it goes but the first step is filling out a complaint form
