complaint in for failure to respond to phone calls and to deliver on services paidWe have communicated and met with this customer numerous timesWhen we first began this project they were indecisive on the material they wanted and that took some time as wellThey also have communicated to us multiple times they would be leaving the state for the summer and that they did not want us to do any work on their property while they were away, so we rescheduled their project for September, when they stated they would return homeOn the same day you received this complaint we scheduled a meeting with them for when they return from their vacation to go over their projectWe have had communication problems it seemsAfter they had let us know we were not to work on their property while they were away we received a call a few weeks later from this customer that they were upset that we had not started on their project, and we let them know that the last we heard from them they stated we were not to be on their property so we had rescheduled for SeptemberThis complaint is very confusing and surprising to usWe have had, and still do have full intentions on completing this project for them, we were just following their instructions for their projectThis is not typical at all, and we have not had any problems like this for as long as I have been working here.
