Review: On 11/10/14 I submitted two VHS tapes to be copied onto two DVD, to be ready for pick up the end of Dec. 2014. Paid $53.98 for the service. I called a couple days in advance of pickup to make sure the work was completed. I was told they were not able to perform the task without an additional approx. $150. I decided to not pay the extra funds and received my VHS tapes back. I asked if there would be any refund (full or partial) because the services were not able to be completed. The attendant said they would notify the person responsible [redacted]) for such accounting actions and she would get back to me or simply credit my credit card. I allowed two credit card cycles to complete, and received no communication and no refund. I called on March 6 asking to talk to [redacted]. I was told she was ill and would be in Monday, and I gave my information and why I was calling to the attendant. She said the note would be delivered to [redacted]. On Monday, March 9, I called again. I was told she was in but busy. The attendant would give her my message and hopefully I would receive a response. As of this day and time I have received no communication from the person responsible and I have left my information three times.Desired Settlement: 1. Communication

2. I realize they tried to copy the VHS tapes. I realize it may be unfair to request full refund because of the time and effort they put into the project.

3. I also realize I paid for something I did not receive.

4. I think I deserve at least a partial refund.
